How long does it take to make the products?
Each product can take anywhere from 1-5 days in time to make. All products are not made equally and can take more time. Please allow enough time specified in the listing from placing your order to arriving at your door, depending on the size of the order, area and the time of the year. Some products require a drying time and need at least 24-72 hours before shipping.
What happens if my items arrive broken?
If your product arrive broken Sefistikated Gemz will provide a store credit for the spefic item(s) that are broken.
